The Plus One Collective is the brainchild of Kate Sargent, Founder of KJS Coaching & Consulting. With over two decades of experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Executive Leadership, Kate has worked with organizations ranging from scrappy CPG startups to Fortune 10 Retail giants. Known for her sharp strategic insight and people-first approach, she has guided leadership teams through transformation, solved complex challenges, and helped businesses align their goals with the power of strong, effective teams.

What are the requirements to join Plus One as a Member?

You are a dedicated independent professional with established expertise. You excel at what you do. The P1C is a great fit for those fully committed to flourishing in this space.

• Monthly/Annual dues of (TBD) that help cover the costs of membership services and resources.

• P1C members are expected to embrace the give back model and support a non-profit of their choosing. Giving back is embedded in your life.

• Every consultant is encouraged to contribute positively with each engagement, ensuring our work extends beyond business success to supporting a legacy of impactful change.

• Willingness to be an active member in the P1C community through a commitment to openly sharing your thoughts, experience, and expertise with the greater collective members.
